Entering high school, my son was struggling. But we knew he had potential. Dr. Wathen (Troy to us) met with our son and there was an immediate connection. It was interesting that they started most tutoring sessions on the treadmill to get my son’s heart rate up, but each session resulted in more growth. We were just hoping to get through English class, but our son learned how to flourish in life by using his strengths rather than focusing only on his challenges. He is now thriving at CalState SanMarcos
